Shipping & Returns

Orders are picked, checked and packed within 1–2 business days. Drop-day orders can take up to 3 business days while we work through the queue.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Standard tracked: 3–5 business days — $8, free on orders over $150.

Expedited: 1–2 business days — $22.

Tracked international: 7–14 business days — calculated at checkout.

Duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all parcels at their full value.

Unworn items with original tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Start a return by emailing hello@proshoparchives.com with your order number. We'll send a return label; return shipping is deducted from the refund for non-faulty items.

Because most pieces exist in single-digit quantities, exchanges are subject to availability. If your size isn't in stock we'll refund you and flag you first for the next comparable find.

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo. We'll cover return shipping and refund or replace it.
