Shipping & Returns

Orders are picked, checked and packed within 1–2 business days. New-arrival days can take up to 3 business days while we work through the queue.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Shipping is free on every order, everywhere we ship. No minimum, no code, no fine print.

We cover the cost of getting each piece from our archive to your door — standard tracked, 3–5 business days within the US and 7–14 business days internationally.

Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare all parcels at their full value.

If a piece isn't right, return it. Returns are free — we pay the return shipping.

Unworn items with original tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.

Start a return by emailing hello@proshoparchives.com with your order number, and we'll send a prepaid return label. Nothing comes out of your refund.

Because most pieces exist in single-digit quantities, exchanges are subject to availability. If your size isn't in stock we'll refund you in full and flag you first for the next comparable find.

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo. We'll cover return shipping and refund or replace it.
